Responsibilities 

  • Manage the conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and launch strategies for each campaign to increase brand awareness and drive sales 
  • Identify white space opportunities based on current market trends and what processes can be implemented to expand the company’s growth 
  • Oversee influencer relationships and schedule paid promotional posts for each new launch 
  • Oversee the management of our PR list to maximize brand exposure 
  • Work directly with the Director of Product Development & Operations on maintaining the launch calendar to ensure is each launch is timely and impactful 
  • Conduct post campaign analysis to track and analyze overall launch performances, ensuring key insights and learnings are identified for campaign and marketing strategy
  • Manage external ad spending and communicate with contacts at Pinterest, Google, and Meta to grow the business via paid media 
  • Work directly with Associate Creative Director and Assistant Manager of Marketing & Operations on campaign photoshoot concept, planning, and execution  
  • Manage marketing budgets relating to campaign photoshoots, product photography, postcards, paid influencer posts, and paid marketing on Pinterest/Meta 
  • Act as the main point of contact with wholesale retailers managing the following:
  • Presenting new launches for products that have obtained EU/UK compliancy 
  • Completing product spreadsheets with all technical information regarding each product (pack sizes, weights, item codes, UPCs) 
  • Coordinating with the warehouse team on pack out and pickup of purchase orders placed by retailers for new launches 
  • Lead the creation of an affiliate program to improve user generated content 

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience within brand marketing in beauty required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 
  • Strong leadership and management skills 
  • Must be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and a team player
  • Passion for cosmetics and/or skincare
