The Solution Provider Success team is responsible for managing customer success for our solution provider members. This includes performing a liaison role in delivery consulting services, interpreting and delivering pertinent marketing data, and owning the relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. This team is also responsible for facilitating connections and, to some degree, successful deals between solution provider and corporate members of the NEO Network.
This role will be focused more on the deal facilitation function, primarily in the realm of distributed generation solutions like onsite solar, battery energy storage, fuel cells, and the like. As such, some background and familiarity with these solutions is essential for this role. You will also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a problem-solving, strategic approach. As this role will include both business development and operational components, a strong aptitude for pursuing leads to closure is essential. Comfort and experience in working with datasets is required as well. Success will look like the creation of opportunities and closing of deals between solution provider and corporate members of the NEO Network.
