Small Company. Disruptive Cardiac Portfolio.
A small, high-growth medical device company is adding a strategic marketing role to their team. Their novel products transform how common types of arrhythmia are diagnosed and treated. These products are used for initial diagnostics of a common but difficult to treat type of arrhythmia and are part of a cardiac ablation procedure throughout the case workflow. The market is large, with millions of patients who currently have limited treatment options with substandard clinical outcomes. This portfolio is complex and differentiated with a breadth of diagnostic and therapy solutions that are well-reimbursed.
In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of arrhythmia products with full upstream and downstream responsibilities. This role will involve routine time with senior leadership, coaching and mentoring opportunities and strong career development.
The Opportunity:
In this Sr. Product Manager role, you’ll work closely with R&D/engineering to design, develop and launch products. You will own VOC activities, capture physician feedback and create segmentation/positioning. You will also determine unmet needs and build business cases for both new offerings and next gen products.
You will also create go-to-market strategies and launch plans as well as drive ongoing market adoption. You will support a growing sales team and collaborate with partners across global regions. You’ll set strategies/tactics for collateral, congress/conference strategy and product training.
This is a small team, where each role has broad, strategic duties. If you’re someone who enjoys building programs from scratch and working nimbly and effectively, this is a good fit role. You’ll work in cross-functional teams with marketing, sales, medical affairs, regulatory and other departments. This role reports into the Sr. Director of Marketing. The team is small, the culture rewards innovation and the company is rapidly growing.
Qualifications
This position will be based in southern California with a hybrid in office/remote set up. The base salary for the role ranges from $120,000-$150,000. There is also a generous bonus and equity program.
