Exos is a coaching company that gets you and your team ready for the moments that matter – anytime, anywhere. As our Marketing Project Coordinator, you are a vital part of our team that gets us ready to deliver projects and campaigns to drive B2B growth.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of campaigns and content, including digital collateral, sales enablement tools, email, video, photo, digital advertising and events. This is primarily an internal-facing role, which interacts with brand and growth strategy leads to facilitate project timelines and delivery that meet the standards and practices of Exos Marketing.
You’ll create project schedules, resource internal creative teams and external vendors to projects, coordinate small-scale video productions, manage content calendar deliverables, check on the progress of projects, and communicate status to stakeholders along the way. You are the grease that keeps the wheels of our team moving and will be playing air traffic control at all times to ensure smooth simultaneous takeoffs and landings of projects. You are solution focused, exude positivity and are someone who can motivate teammates to deliver industry leading work.
This role can sit in either NYC metro area or Phoenix, AZ.

REQUIREMENTS
Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $24.04/hr – 28.84/hr . Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
