Marketing Project Coordinator: B2B Growth

Exos is a coaching company that gets you and your team ready for the moments that matter – anytime, anywhere. As our Marketing Project Coordinator, you are a vital part of our team that gets us ready to deliver projects and campaigns to drive B2B growth.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of campaigns and content, including digital collateral, sales enablement tools, email, video, photo, digital advertising and events. This is primarily an internal-facing role, which interacts with brand and growth strategy leads to facilitate project timelines and delivery that meet the standards and practices of Exos Marketing.

You’ll create project schedules, resource internal creative teams and external vendors to projects, coordinate small-scale video productions, manage content calendar deliverables, check on the progress of projects, and communicate status to stakeholders along the way. You are the grease that keeps the wheels of our team moving and will be playing air traffic control at all times to ensure smooth simultaneous takeoffs and landings of projects. You are solution focused, exude positivity and are someone who can motivate teammates to deliver industry leading work.

This role can sit in either NYC metro area or Phoenix, AZ.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate project briefs and work with project leads to align expectations, schedule and deliverables
  • Build project timelines, cost estimates, and project folders
  • Set up project details in Airtable
  • Work with production and creative leads to appropriately assign copy, design, or other production related resources
  • Schedule key meetings including kickoffs and stakeholder reviews and distribute recaps of key decisions and updates
  • Check-in with teams to ensure that the work is being completed on schedule and on/under budget
  • Manage pre-production, production and post product of video and photo-based content capture in client sites across the country
  • Identify and escalate any roadblocks that hinder progress as they appear
  • Own the organization of asset libraries
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of project management experience within an agency (in-house or other)
  • Familiarity with Airtable or other project management software – or you’re just a whiz in Excel
  • Experience managing project with content creators who use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, AfterFX) or Figma is a plus
  • Familiarity designing or managing projects in Canva is a plus
  • Knowledge of Storyblock or other web CMS platforms a plus
  • B2B, fitness and/or sports marketing experience is a plus but not required

Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $24.04/hr – 28.84/hr . Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
