Joele Frank, Wilkinson, Brimmer, Katcher is looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to partner with our Digital Team on client work and help develop the firm’s social media strategy.
The ideal candidate understands all aspects of social media platforms, including the metrics that determine the success of social media campaigns. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and goal-driven and who will take initiative to balance priorities and meet specific deadlines. This candidate should also be proficient at using social media platform analytics tools, and be a creative, strategic thinker with exemplary writing skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Manage, implement, and optimize social media programs for the firm’s clients
· Develop and publish social media content
· Define the most important social media KPIs to measure and track the success of social media campaigns
· Use those KPIs to monitor and provide recommendations for content optimization
· Stay current on the social media landscape, including best practices, platform updates and competitive developments
Social Media Manager requirements and qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
· Comprehensive knowledge of LinkedIn and related business communication tools, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, as applicable
· Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and social media KPIs
· Independent research experience
· Familiarity with digital paid media
· Excellent writing and presentation skills
· Ability to think critically and solve problems in a team environment
· Exceptional candidates will exhibit leadership potential, as well as advanced interpersonal and communication skills
