Job summary:

The ideal User Acquisition Analytics Manager candidate lives in data, tooling development, and continuous improvement. We have a strong art department, expert media buyers, and no shortage of creative ideas and campaign deployment to attract high value users. What we need is a hero who can create the framework for driving game marketing data housing, piping, and visualizations by working cross-functionally to develop, implement, and constantly improve the tools to implement ROAS-driven UA strategies.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, intrinsically motivated, highly organized, and driven to meticulously and effectively build, modify, validate and scale user acquisition deployment and data tools to help create the next generation of F2P gaming super hits!

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and implement data hooks, warehousing, and visualizations to enhance the acquisition of profitable users and maximize the profit potential of each game in the Gamefam network
  • Work with production teams to come up with data piping ideas and own the data collection, cleaning, and visualization development process
  • Own operations and deployment of user acquisition tools across the various channels that Gamefam is focused on
  • Create and present weekly and monthly reports on the state of Gamefam’s user acquisition analytics efforts, focused on data actionability, security, and integrity and creating a bible of best practices to utilize across Gamefam’s portfolio of games
  • Work with CTO to come up with new ways to utilize technology to build and maintain systems for retaining and re-acquiring high-value players


  • 3-5 years in data analytics/science at a major F2P gaming publisher with a strong history of building, maintaining, and deploying tools across the development and publishing stack to improve efficiencies
  • 2+ years of user acquisition experience including campaign deployment, optimization, and partner relations
  • Strong attention to qualitative detail for both data visualization clarity and effective creative asset development
  • Strong technical development, stake-holder management, and data visualization skills to build, modify, and maintain tools to track campaign data and derive insights that lead to ongoing improvements in ROAS and other north-star KPIs
  • Ability to partner with internal teammates and external partners to define and implement new technologies as well as modify existing tools needed to improve efficiencies in and optimizations of the UA pipeline
  • Familiarity with metaverse gaming platforms as a player, developer, and/or publisher
  • Strong strategy development and implementation skills
  • Previous start-up experience or desire to work in gaming start-up environment
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and passion for gaming, media, and brands
  • 4-year degree from a top university
